Segments that update automatically based on subscription status, renewal date, and cancel intent. Triggers that actually fire when buyers hit the cancel page.
Depends on your category and current setup, but 15% to 25% recovery on cancel attempts is realistic for most brands after a proper rebuild. On the dunning side, recovering 30% to 50% of failed payments is standard once we rebuild the recovery flows. We share specific projections during the discovery call based on your data.
