Both. About half our lifecycle work is auditing and rebuilding existing flows that aren't moving the number. The other half is building flow libraries from scratch for brands that don't have one. We meet you where you are.
Depends on your stage and vertical. For most brands the highest-priority flows are: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and replenishment. Subscription brands also need save flows and dunning. Restricted categories like CBD need compliance-aware versions of all of these. We prioritize during the discovery call based on revenue impact.
Different products need different timing. A multivitamin lasts 30 days. A serum lasts 60 days. A fragrance lasts 6 months. We build replenishment windows per SKU type, not per generic 30-day rule. Each product gets its own flow tuned to actual usage data.
