Sister brands run as one program
Hairfinity is a haircare brand focused on supplements and topical products that support healthy hair growth. Gofinity is the sister brand, expanding the family into broader beauty wellness. Together, they sell direct to consumers across the US and global markets, with millions of customers and a deep loyal base of repeat buyers.
When the Hairfinity and Gofinity team came to us, they were dealing with a quality problem and a velocity problem at the same time. Their internal team was capped on output. Campaigns kept slipping. Brand voice was inconsistent across the two brands. They needed an agency that could embed as their retention team, ship work fast, hold the visual and copy quality bar, and handle two sister brands without confusing the strategies.
Hairfinity and Gofinity weren't struggling because the program didn't exist. They were struggling because the program couldn't scale. Their internal team was producing campaigns and lifecycle work, but the volume was capped at what one or two people could actually ship in a week. The brands needed more output. More tests. More personalization. More design depth. And they needed it without dropping the quality bar or blowing past deadlines.
The added complexity was running two sister brands at the same time. Hairfinity has its own visual identity, voice, and audience. Gofinity has a different identity, different positioning, and a different buyer. Most agencies would have collapsed the brands into one workflow. We needed to keep them separate while running them as one connected operation.
Output was capped by internal team capacity, with no clear path to scale
Two sister brands required separate strategies but shared resources, which most agencies handle badly
Brand voice and visual quality had to stay high across both brands, even at 10x volume
We embedded as Hairfinity and Gofinity's retention team. Not as an external vendor, not as a project shop. As the team that owned the entire output of the program across both brands. The first week was about systems. We mapped the brand voices, the visual standards, the content calendars, the lifecycle library, and the QA workflows for both brands. We set up shared ClickUp workspaces and direct Slack channels so the internal team and our team worked as one unit.
From there, we built the production engine. Senior copywriters paired with senior designers paired with Klaviyo specialists paired with QA reviewers. Each campaign moved through a clear pipeline with defined ownership at every stage. The system was designed to scale without losing quality, which is the hardest problem in agency work.
The key insight was treating Hairfinity and Gofinity as one operational program with two brand outputs. Shared planning. Shared QA. Shared reporting. But separate creative tracks, separate strategies, and separate buyers. The two brands could move at the same speed because the operational backbone was unified.
