Hairfinity and Gofinity have become loved names in the beauty and wellness space. With a stronghold in the hair care and wellness supplement market, they've cultivated a large, loyal community. Their marketing machine runs like clockwork — powered by a continuous flow of campaigns and automations.

The brands were looking for a partner who could keep up with their pace without compromising quality. That's when Optimite entered the picture.

How Did the Client Journey Start

At the start of our journey, Hairfinity and Gofinity already had the fundamentals in place. Their internal team was sharp — owning strategy and crafting content with clarity. But when it came to execution, the wheels began to wobble.

Email production was eating up too much time. With dozens of campaigns in the pipeline, they found themselves stuck — great ideas stalled because of bandwidth issues and inconsistent output. They approached Optimite with a simple ask: Can you help us turn high-volume email ideas into Klaviyo-ready designs — fast, consistent, and brand-aligned — without ever missing a deadline?

The Bottlenecks That Held Them Back

Their internal team was sprinting, but certain roadblocks kept reappearing. They were pushing out high volumes of campaigns that demanded fast creative turnaround. They had no internal team dedicated to email design or development. Every email needed to be production-ready, pixel-perfect, and aligned with Klaviyo specs. Edits were frequent, and assets had to be reusable across multiple campaigns.

It wasn't a bandwidth issue anymore — it was a scalability problem. And the stakes were growing with every new campaign.

Once the machine was up and running, we brought their campaigns to life across multiple use cases: promotional emails for product launches, educational flows explaining usage and ingredients, seasonal emails for holiday or event-based moments, real transformation stories featuring testimonials and before/afters, reactivation campaigns, and value-packed bundle offers.

Design Process — Before & After

Before Optimite, the process was chaotic. Emails were delayed. Revisions were tedious. There was no scalable structure in place. After Optimite, we introduced a Figma-based design system tailored to their brand identity — bringing structure to the chaos.

We built a modular design library with reusable blocks (banners, CTAs, footers) that allowed for rapid builds. Instead of static emails, we delivered fully responsive HTML and Klaviyo blocks — tested, polished, and ready to launch. With our under-24-hour revision turnaround, edits became frictionless.

How the Machine Runs Today

25–30 emails produced each month across both brands. Design briefs submitted via ClickUp or email. Figma links used to gather and iterate on feedback. All final files delivered in editable formats, ready to plug into Klaviyo. New designs consistently delivered with a 48-hour turnaround.

Project Success — 3 Years, 0 Missed Deadlines, Countless Wins

Three years in, the results speak for themselves: zero missed deadlines over 3+ years, 20–25 fully responsive emails delivered each month, visual consistency across hundreds of email assets, the internal team fully unburdened from production work, and improved email rendering across devices and platforms.
