## About Natrava.

Natrava is a premium wellness and skincare brand offering clean, minimalist self care, powered by science. Launched as the sister label to Avantera Health, the brand built a sharp visual identity, a clear marketing voice, and a loyal community around its products from day one.

What Natrava had, in spades, was creative direction and brand confidence. What it didn't have was the production bandwidth to translate every brief into shipped, on brand, conversion ready email at the cadence and quality the brand demanded.

## Challenge

Natrava had everything a fast scaling brand needs: a distinct aesthetic, great products, a clear marketing vision. What they didn't have was execution power. Their team knew the audience, owned the launch calendar, and was confident in tone and message. The production behind it was the bottleneck.

Building an in-house email team meant slowing down. Cobbling together freelance help meant trading speed for quality. Neither worked. They needed a partner that could run email with the precision of an internal team, without the overhead of one.
